Briefing
You have learned how to insert a horizontal bar and an image. You have also learned how to add a link to go out to a website. Insert a table and fill it in. Keep up the good work!
Steps:
1. Open your Google Drive Poem file called RAIN OF LEAVES and add another horizontal bar 2 spaces down from the end.
2. Now you will create a table based on your Bruce Lansky poem. Add a table that is 5 columns wide and several rows down (***Note: The number of rows should be the number of lines in your poem plus one.)To add a table, click on TABLE in the menu bar, scroll down to ADD A TABLE then chose 5x5.
3. In the top row type the following in each cell. LINE, NOUNS, PRONOUNS,
VERBS, ADJECTIVES
4. In the first column type LINE 1, LINE 2, LINE 3, LINE 4, ETC... Do this for each of the lines you have.
5. Now go through each line and count the number of nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives and fill in your table.
