Thing 13: Dig the Data

In the real world the word "Dig" is an analogy for thinking through a problem or issue or figuring something out so that you can make a decision based on your findings. In this mission you will "dig" through the quests to collect, organize and analyze data.
This Mission contains 5 Quests. Quest 1 Spin Out introduces an interactive spinner to explore probability and graphic representation, Quest 2 Just Function (Fx)provides two choices, Car Cruising or Cell Phone Use for collecting, analyzing and graphing data. Quest 3 Whiskers explores cell phone plans using a Box and Whiskers graphing, Quest 5 Sort It Out explores a country database of interesting information using sorts and pivot tables. There is also a Party Planner Mission with Quests 6-10 with tutorials for using Google Sheets. Dig In!
